All regular series concerts start at 2:00 pm with a pre-concert forum at 1:15 pm.

Complimentary reception after concerts.

Tickets are $18 general, $5 college students with ID (at door only), and free for ages 5-17 with an adult.

Larissa Shahmatova

Violinist Larissa Shahmatova, the young and fiery Russian is back, performing dynamic and virtuosic works for violin with Aileen James, piano. In 2002, Shahmatova performed the exciting world permier of “A New Life” by Nevada County composer Mark Vance for violin and piano four-hands (with pianists Ken Hardin and Aileen james). For this concert, Mark will complete the work “A New Life” for the trio.

Joel Fan

Pianist Joel Fan will perform his World Keys program featuring works from the entire globe by both famous composers such as Prokofiev, Liszt, and Schumann, as well as lesser-known ones from countries not usually associated with piano music such as Egypt, Latvia, China, and Turkey. Fan is noted for his work with Yo-Yo Ma and the Silk Road Project, as well as his solo virtuosity and eclectic repertoire.
