Jane Boettger, oboe, lives in Lake Wildwood with her husband John, who often accompanies her on piano, playing hymn arrangements at local churches. Jane is a graduate of CSU Northridge and has performed in many orchestras throughout Ventura County. She was a schoolteacher in Thousand Oaks for over twenty years. Now she continues her dedication to children by substituting in Nevada County schools. Since moving here in 1997, Jane has enjoyed more time to perform with many capable and enthusiastic musicians in this area. She has performed in the Sierra College Orchestra, Auburn Symphony, Orchestre Panache, and Music in the Mountains' Festival Ensemble.
